Morning Walk through the Magical Alleys of Patan to Community Hall for Yoga: Start your day with an enchanting walk through the winding alleys of Patan as we make our way to the community hall. Engage in a rejuvenating yoga session to stretch and prepare your body for the upcoming trek. Afterward, we’ll walk back to the accommodation, stopping along the way for a refreshing tea break before enjoying breakfast at the hotel.
Free Time for Rest and Exploration: Enjoy a leisurely afternoon to rest and take care of any last-minute shopping or preparations for the trek. This is your time to relax and ensure everything is in order for your adventure.
Evening Excursion to Kirtipur for Sunset and Traditional Dinner: In the late afternoon, we’ll take a short drive to Kirtipur, an ancient Newari hill town. Stroll through its historic streets, soak in the views as the sun sets over the valley, and cap off the evening with a delightful traditional dinner, offering a perfect blend of culture, history, and cuisine.
We’ll start the day with an early morning flight to Pokhara. Upon arrival, a private jeep will take us on a scenic drive to Sikles, the starting point of our trek. After settling in, we’ll spend the afternoon exploring this charming village and immersing ourselves in the rich Gurung culture of the region.
Today, we’ll trek through serene and picturesque forest paths, with opportunities to spot native wildlife and birds, including the elusive red panda. The enchanting trail leads us to Hugu Goth, a peaceful village by the river where we’ll spend the night.
Today, we’ll tackle a steep hike to reach the highlight of our trek—Kapuche Lake! We’ll take time to enjoy this stunning alpine lake, including a relaxing yoga session by the water and some tea. After soaking in the breathtaking views, we’ll make our way back to Hugu Goth for the night.
Today, we’ll retrace our steps through the tranquil forest paths back to Sikles. Walking in the opposite direction can reveal new perspectives and hidden wonders, offering fresh opportunities to spot wildlife and appreciate the ever-changing scenery along the way.
After breakfast, we’ll take a scenic (and bumpy) drive from Sikles back to Pokhara. Once we arrive, you’ll have the rest of the day free to relax or explore Pokhara at your own pace, whether it’s enjoying the lakeside cafes, taking a peaceful boat ride, or wandering through the local market.
Today, we’ll fly back to Kathmandu, where you’ll have some free time to spend as you wish. In the evening, we’ll come together to celebrate the journey with a special farewell dinner.

Flexible Arrival and Departure:
At Yoga Treks Nepal, we offer flexibility to suit your schedule. The yoga trek program officially begins on Day 1 of the itinerary, but you’re welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer in Kathmandu if you wish.
Arrival: We recommend arriving at least a day before Day 1 to rest and prepare, though you’re free to come earlier for more time to explore.
Departure: The trek ends on the final day, but feel free to extend your stay for extra relaxation or sightseeing.
Need help with logistics? We’re happy to assist with hotels, airport transfers, or activity suggestions before and after your trek.
Embrace the spontaneity of each trip with our flexible yoga and meditation sessions, tailored to fit the day’s schedule. Where possible, we aim to offer you mindful experiences—whether through invigorating yoga, calming meditation, or self-reflection. The frequency and type of sessions will adapt to the day’s activities and pace, so some days might feature multiple sessions while others might focus on a single practice.
